Just received it and everything was in order . Haven't used it as yet, but everything seems to work okay.

DONT BUY THIS!!
This wagon is horrible!! It only steers when empty. Get any weight in it at all and the wheels don’t steer. The wheels lock which is nice and the sides are tall which holds a lot of stuff. When you look like an idiot trying to steer it I just want to throw it in the trash. What a waste of money.

Back wheels don’t track straight!
Let start by saying this is a great wagon with a lot of space Everything to carry to the ballfield. The only downside is it seems like something with the back wheels is t right, like it’s working against its self.

item broke during first use
very disappointed in the product. it failed to carried out what it was supposed to do. I would not recomment the product to anyone else

Great quality and clear design
Great quality, very stout, I like the design of the flexible handle, and the lockers on the wheels. The wide wheels make it easy to use on beach. Very easy to fold and install, the cover bag makes it very organized too.

I love the concept but…
This is a great stable wagon. I use it every weekend for pulling to the softball fields.Downside it’s heavy and you can’t roll it when it’s closed, the wheels are already starting to wear out and I’ve only used it 4 weekends,
