I appreciate their honesty and respect their efforts. Turns out the timer on the cupping machine is set to 5 minutes due to the high suction strength and just needs to be updated in the product manual. A+ for customer service and prompt response.This is the first time I’ve ever used an electric cupping device. I’ve always done cupping with either a physical therapist or sport medicine and it’s always been the old manual style with a pump or flame. So out of the box, I read instructions and charged the cupping device up. After 1 hour I tried it out and though the instructions were confusing and vague, got it to work- more or less. After 5 minutes (the timer displayed) the device shuts off and there is no way to change the timer even though the instructions say the default is 20 minutes. After the device finished it’s 5 minute interval is shuts off and STAYS SUCTIONED. You have to power it on again and use the pause/relief button. I don’t think that’s very safe function and someone will be confused about this and possibly get hurt. On the positive side, it has very powerful suction. The power is useless if it does not function appropriately.The timer is definitely wrong and I believe I have faulty unit. I’ve reached out to the seller and await a response. Only time will tell..

This cupping machine came with 3 different adapters for different areas of the body. I used the small one for my shoulders and the bigger cup for my back. The suction is very strong, and it turns the area to purple. I like it, but I hope it is in a set of 6 or 8 instead of just one.

Great for what you buy. The suction is amazing, and the heat gets pretty hot. The only thing lacking is different cup sizes.

Used for 5 minutes and huge bruise. I hope someone uses them.

I bought this for my sister in law, she wasn't to happy with device funtions. But price is worth it.
