Loved these for postpartum care. Especially those few days after birth. I had a c section and these were perfect! They are absorbent, comfortable, soft, and light. Barely noticeable under clothing! XL was perfect for me at a size 16 during birth- not small not huge..just comfortable for my incision..did not rub or irritate it. Easy to put on as 1 whole instead of having underwear/disposable briefs AND a huge pad. Can also put a pad inside if you need extra protection…but these are very absorbent! They do have a light perfume scent but not too bad. I am allergic and sensitive to so many things so I was worried about that..but no reaction(:!

The black is better because if it shows it matches most of my clothes..it’s very has never leaked for me

Packaging shoes below belly button as if a hipster. However fits above waist like a brief. Disappointed. Comes up over waistline under slacks

These are true to size. Absorbent, comfortable, stretchy, and reliable! Sleeping with those big bulky pads at night when you have a heavy period flow is so uncomfortable! These prevent me from leaking on my sheets and quilt. They don't feel much different from wearing underwear. They are way more comfortable and provide more protection than overnight pads on the really heavy nights.

Incontinence underwear does look like real panties although they are pretty large. They look like giant granny panties but once you wear them, they look like normal ones. They stretch a lot, I got the XL as I tend to be between 18W to 20W size but I could have sized down to the large for a more snug fit. This style is high cut and does not chafe my thighs. The absorbency is decent.When you get to that age when you leak when you cough, or laugh too hard, these can come in handy for an all night event where bathrooms are not easily available, or for a road trip. I use pantiliners to help with minor leaks and keep my panties clean, but these are handy for more heavy usage. I know a friend who wears them during her light period days to prevent any unwanted accidents. I was able to wear my jeans over them without any issues. The material feels very fabric like against the skin, and it is easy to forget that you have these on and not your regular panties.However, they don't breathe as much as regular cotton panties and I felt very warm in them. That might be an issue for summer, but if you need incontinence underwear, this might be the best solution.

These adult diapers are so much nicer than the alternatives. For one they are just more aesthetically pleasing. More importantly, they are a lot less bulky than traditional diapers so you really do not notice them under clothing. Even without clothing, you would have to look twice to notice that they are in fact diapers, thanks to the sleek design and black color. They are a bit more form-fitting so you may consider going up a size like I did. The absorbency is great, comparable to any other brand, but you get much more comfort from these!

Does not feel like undies and the back slips down a lot, holds more than the other brands.
