Charming, delightful, unusual display - tune is "You are My Sunshine."
This very pretty model comes in a bright and colorful box, see my photo, suitable for a gift. The parts are in bags numbered bags - more on this later. The instruction book measures 8.5" x 7.25", and has 63 pages and 108 steps. The illustrations are in full color throughout, see my photos. Parts are easy to identify and assembly steps are easy to understand. This is one of the better instruction books that I have seen - large pages and clear pictures. The stickers for the base are taped safely inside the instruction book on page 2. The butterflies are in a separate bag; the right wings had gotten a little bent but I was able to straighten them out easily by heating them with a hair dryer and holding them until they were cool - no problem. The music box is wound by turning the purple base of the flower display. There aren't many nubs on the music box to hold it to the purple base. I recommend some thin removable glue dots to help keep it secure. A few flowers tended to come loose. Whenever I have this problem, after the build is finished, I carefully apply dots of craft glue with a toothpick. You will need the pieces from bags numbered "1" first. Pieces are sorted in the bags by order of use, for example, "301162-1-4" and "301162-1-5". I like to use inexpensive plastic food storage container to hold parts from opened bags and tape a piece of the bag with the bag number to the top. I don't lose pieces on the floor and it's easy to put the whole build aside between time that I can work on it.This build is well designed. The pieces fit together like they should. Music and lights - what more could I want? The resulting model is prettier than the pictures. I love it and look forward to showing it off.

Frustrating but beautiful
Title line in the description ........"Birthday Gift for Kids Girls Boys Age 6 7 8+"Don't do it!Seriously, unless you really hate the parents or are engaged in some type of 'quid pro quo worst kid gifts ever game' with your siblings, do not give this music box as a present to a 6 or 7 or 8 year old kid!Heck, I'm not sure I'd even give it to a 14 year old! This building set has 579 PIECES!Not only that, these little blocks are set up vertically and are composed of tiny little pieces with tiny little designated spaces that if wiggled or moved just a little bit the wrong way, WILL make all the other pieces you've just spent the morning putting together fall down! Believe me, 6 & 7 & 8 year old kids don't like it when this happens! After a lot of tears, I ended up having to put it together all by myself and it was still a HUGE hassle even without the kids! Now don't get me wrong....the finished product is a charming, intricate piece that looks very nice on display and is a great conversation starter. But, it needs to stay put on the shelf forever!Jossel just a little while moving it?---flowers fall off!Turn on the hidden, hard to reach light switch?---flowers fall off!Twist to start the music?---flowers fall off!So unless you plan to glue it together permanently, this is a piece meant to be admired from afar. But, despite these challenges, I'm still going to give it four stars because the finished product looks absolutely beautiful in my daughter's room and adds a whimsical flair that she loves. Also, tbh, putting it together was a little fun for me (:-) ---once the kids were no longer helping)

Beautiful- melodic and fun
I really enjoy the fact this is a music box. I started to assemble it with excitement, but the base doesn't stick to the music box assembly as well as I wanted it to-and didn't want to glue it. I kept knocking things off and having to redo parts because I am clumsy with my hands. I have been doing these brick projects to work on my small motor skills and it really works. It challenges me, but is pleasant at the same time. This piece is so beautiful, though- that if it takes a month or only a day to complete, it will bring joy for much longer. I love it.

Pretty but frustrating to put together.
This a beautiful builder brick set. It used to spin and play music when you turned on the switch, but now it only turns on the lights. It still looks cool. It was very complicated set to put together in my opinion and my 8 year old needed a lot of help, especially with the flowers that were assembled close to one another. It was frustrating at times to put on parts and then other parts would fall off. The directions seemed easy enough though. It was just the close proximity of all the parts. It seemed like a decent enough product compared to the well know builder brick sets sold in stores.

Love the item, but incomplete
I'll start with the overall impression of this building set. Its incredibly intricate and I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a lot of patience and enjoy this kind of item. Luckily both apply to me. It has an insane amount of pieces, almost 600 total, and proved challenging in all the good ways. I spent a total of around 5 hours putting tiny flowers on stems, assembling complex flowers and then attaching them to the base. It is also a music box when finished, which I thought was a nice touch. I really enjoyed putting this piece together...until I couldn't anymore. I should have checked the complete listing included in the assembly guide before I started, but it ended up missing 1 stem piece and I reached the point I could no longer finish assembling the piece. I was so disappointed after spending all that time working on it and looking forward to the finished piece. I would recommend it, but make sure you check your piece list before the return period just in case so you don't start on a piece you have no hope of finishing.

Great mini Lego set!
I’ve made a few of these sets, they are fun to sit and do while I watch tv at night.. some are not as relaxing as others but this one may be the best one I’ve done to date! Everything is clearly labeled, the bricks snap together easily and securely and the piece is secure once it’s built! I’ve never had such a smooth experience so I am super please by this one! It’s also packaged in a beautiful box and has the pieces separated into set 1 then set 2. The led is all included as well as the music box! Perfect!
