Q: How does the #120 compare to a dmt xxcoarse? i need something for resetting bevels on chisels and plane irons that's faster than my current xcoarse.

I have both. It cuts slower at first. Until you break it in. You'll see after a while that the scratch pattern from the shapton are much courser than the dmt

Q: When it will be available again The 120 grit ?

You need to ask either the manufacturer or the distributor this question. I doubt anyone at Amazon knows the answer.

Q: Is this the Japan model or the US export model?

Good question. I paid $65.00. Saw some similar for $38.00, after I ordered the $65.00 one. Can't tell if there is a difference.
