Sizing is way off (smaller by at least 1-2 sizes) and material is basically a trash bag with elastic sewn in. If I could give this negative stars I would. Complete waste of money.

This is a fun skirt, but definitely order up. I'm typically a medium/large (8/10, 5'6, 150) and ordered an XL. I was just able to zip it.
