Meets expectations
Installed a few days ago. Everything works well. Good water pressure, temp options does meet your expectations for cold and hot. Seat warmer is good pretty strong and quick too. Only thing I wish it did was align better on my toilet (light is off center on my toilet) and it has an option to move the spray front or back. I guess you can wiggle around to spray your target area but if you’re in the market for a bidet don’t you kind want it to do that for you?

simple to set up after I had it installed. Very easy to operate and the heated seat is wonderful!

Was nice until it wasn't
Ordered this in July, placed in a guest bathroom that gets very little use. Now it's Nov. and three lid is no longer attaching to the seat. Gentle cleaning and wipe down with cleaning wipes results in parts of the plastic connectors literally disintegrating into crumbled pieces. Almost as if the plastic has weak spots anything the plastic. I'm no chemist but it is obviously something not right with this. We have another from a different brand in a main bathroom that we purchased at the same time and have no problems with it when cleaning our use. Outside the return window for Amazon, no way to get in touch with seller, meant 200 bucks down the drain. If looking to purchase, strongly recommend going with a different brand.

Cleanest butt ever
This toilet seat is amazing. Very strong jet power. Hits the right spot. I have never felt so clean. The heated seat is amazing as well.

Great price, good product!
I really like this. Great for the price. We had issues with the water leaking on one of the connectors. The washing unit that comes out is larger than I thought it would be, but it works really well. My husband had some difficulty getting it to line up, but once he did it went on fine. I will probably buy another one when my other bidet goes out. I am overall very happy with the product!
