Neat enough for what needed, but was expecting it to be larger
Was expecting book to be larger, whilst does state size in description, so I should have checked first.

After so many positive comments I was very disappointed to receive a very poor quality item
After so many positive comments I was very disappointed to receive a very poor quality item. The gold work on the front was very lopsided and the preface page inside was not stuck down all the way round and was very bubbly. Will be returning this.

I bought this album for my husband as an extra gift. He has recently done an album for his mother's 100th birthday so I persuaded him to do one of his own life story. He has really enjoyed filling it in. The album itself is well made and came boxed ready for giving.

Faulty
I have received this with a stuck in insert which wasn't flat I tried to flatten and its ripped I looked underneath to see that there was a fault and they have tried to make it right should I be receiving a faulty item.

Good album with several pages to take 5x7 and 6x4 photos on both sides of the page.

Disappointed
The product was disappointing as the inside covers to the book were warped and coming away from the outer covers. Not a suitable product to give to someone as a reminder of a special day
