I did not find a scoop inside the container...the serving size is 4 scoops @94g ea totaling 375g...once I am past this hurdle I think the rest is just as easy as mixing ans swallowing this bulk. Perhaps more later, ty.

Seems to do what its supposed to I have added this to a proper diet and exercise to increase mass and muscle. Couple months in on my second tub and seeing increases in both mass and muscle. For me I find it is the best value for money the taste is amazing and it is helping.

Great product, it took me some time to give it a review, because I didn't take the time, satisfied customers are less finger triggered to write reviews. It taste great, it mixes well. I use milk and the shaker cup I don't follow the instructions of the indicated ratios I take 3 scoops and put my milk first a little bit more milk than powder shake it, voila! It tastes great like a milshake, you feel good, I could easily drink 4 of theses every day. With the low price of 80$ I was hesitant but I gave it a try and I'm happy, the proteins that I usually purchase are at 125-140$ cad sometimes. Great buy.

Tastes good, mixes great, good qty for the price. But like any mass gainer... you'll have to do extra work on the belly as that area usually expands because of these products.As someone who needs the extra calories (I lose weight if I don't work out and can't eat enough to keep up with my metabolism), I like this product.
