12 Days Card Game

Arrived in good condition and I have already played with a wide variety of people, who have enjoyed it immensely. The rules are simple and the gameplay very easy to understand, coupled with beautiful artwork makes the game a great icebreaker for party’s or warm up for a gaming night.Might only be played at Christmas due to the theme but still highly enjoyable.

Excellent Christmas game, where you must read your opponents to get the best Christmas presents! Each round you must gift a card to your opponent, then play a card before receiving an new one and there are plenty of tough decisions on what to give away and what to save. Love the gaudy artwork as well!

Great little game, this will be coming out more than just at Christmas. Nice game mechanisms and easy to play once you have figured the rules. Very enjoyable.

We are enjoying this game. Ages 6 and up are playing it although the 6 year old cannot grasp the concept that he should keep better cards for the higher numbered cards in the last few rounds plus he ends up keeping 7 number 12 cards so he can add a 12 card to his final card count at the end. It doesn’t affect game play however as no matter what happens he usually beats me! The rest of the family love it as they beat me also! A little repetitive but I might be just saying that as I rarely win.

A beautifuly ilistrated playing cards and can fun for Christmas and your family

Great game. I’ve discovered Calliope Games really cut corners when it comes to the quality of the cards they use. So flimsy, I doubt they’ll hold up to prolonged use.Thankfully I paid £11 earlier in the year, I definitely wouldn’t part with almost £20 for the quality (or lack thereof).

Expensive but came earlier than what I expected. good quality.

We saw this game played on Tabletop and decided to give it a go. We have an 8 y.o. and an almost 5 y.o. that needed to be taken into consideration, so when both thought this would be a game they would like to try, we gave it a go. We played this in the days leading up to Christmas and had so much fun (although the 5 y.o abandoned her post half-way through the game and grandma had to play solo to the end). The game is fairly simple to pick up (grandma had not seen the show but understood the point after we explained the game, and a few rounds of play) but you need to have a good strategy to get you to the better cards in the end so it was a good starter card game for the 8 y.o. The kids had wanted more opportunities to play games as a family and this one certainly did the trick. We are excited to share this one with our friends and see who can get the best of the 12 days!

Played with 3 generations from age 9 to 59. We really like this game. It is easy to learn and fun for all. Winning the game involves strategic thinking, which my 11 year old granddaughter was great at. I would consider this a good gifting game. I bought this to add to our Christmas Break fun.
