I went to Costa Rica and use the bracelets and didn’t get bit. Then for one day I decided not to wear them because there were no mosquitoes in site and it was a huge mistake. Once I took the bracelet off it was like the barrier between my mosquitos and skin was gone. Bites every where! So the bracelets really do work!

REALLY wanted/hoped to LOVE these. We live in Wisconsin and are uses to getting bit up at dusk each day. I have an all natural bug repellant spray that does work good, but I thought these would be a great option for my 2 boys age 5 and 2, especially at dusk, summer camp and on camping trips. I opted to test it out on myself first. Within 5 seconds of securing the band on my left wrist, I was bit by a damn mosquito on my right ankle. Apparently the scent isn't quite powerful enough to keep away bugs on opposite limbs/sides of your body. The product seems like a fantastic concept, has super easy application (can fit an adult or small child) but in my opinion testing it in our back yard -- you will need a bracelet for each wrist and each ankle and one for your neck if you want to be fairly sure nothing is going to bite you. And at that point, a bug spray is much more cost effectivce!!

These are so easy to use and I like the fact that they come in resealable foil pouches so you can Preserve them for future use if not worn long the first time. I was buzzed by a biting fly a few times but he gave up! The non toxic feature is great. I hope to get more for my daily walks.

These bands didn’t do that great of a job for me. They didn’t last as many days as it claims. The first day of use went pretty well (no bites). They second of use and the scent given off was considerably less almost nonexistent. The second day of wearing I came away with a few bites. The third day of use I had to just throw it away as it didn’t have anymore scent and was completely useless. This was all at my home doing yard work in the Mid-Atlantic area. I can only imagine how much these bands would have underperformed if I had gone to FL or Caribbean, etc.

A few things. They are comfortable, I love that they are adjustable. But they don’t stay on, and we literally watched a mosquito land right next to the bracelet and start going to town. It was pretty much sitting there laughing at us for our cute attempt at not wanting to be covered in bites. It was worth a try. They smell great but I would say they don’t work.

For me these did not work well. I still had mosquitos swarming around me and biting me as well. I had one on my wrist and one on my ankle. I can smell the stuff in them but it didn't deter the mosquitos. It almost felt it attracted them. They are also hard to put on and get the latch through the hole.

Every year on the 4th I get covered in mosquito bites I bought the bracelets this year passed them out for my family wore one myself. The 1st time in years no bites. no one complained about mosquito bites. We've had a lot of rain this year so mosquitoes are really bad. So I'm very happy to say that I got no bites this year. It looks cute.But be careful! When it’s wet, the color transfer to fabric. Stupid me I was wearing white pants, and it got wet a bit after I wash my hands. And later on I noticed my white pants got neon yellow stain all over... the colors coming off from the bands.
