My husband uses these for wood design work. They’re high quality, easy to use and easy to cut. They aren’t too flimsy, perfect size and could be used for just about anything- super versatile!

I've cut my own stencils before, but the acetate I used was a little too thick for my Cricut and the stencils weren't clean - these mylar sheets solved that problem. I was able to recut some of my favorite stencils from my old files, and the work perfectly! I use these for ink blending and adding dimension to backgrounds for cards, but I'm sure I'm going to use them for larger paintings as well because I can customize my backgrounds for collage and really add some interest to my materials.

I have been wanting to make some stencils with my Cricut for painting some cool designs on my walls. I decided to try this package of mylar blanks and I am not at all disappointed. It cuts perfectly with my cricut on the correct settings for stencil making. I love how easy it is now to make my own stencils!

These stencil sheets are well-made and sturdy. I use them on a vinyl cutting machine to make reusable stencils, and they work extremely well for that purpose. It is easy to clean paint, and other things off of them so that they can be reused. They are also perfect for creating light diffusers on small lamps. The material is easy to work with, and cuts very nicely. Overall a solid value at the price point.

I just used this product for the first time and am super pleased with my results! :)I recently decided I wanted to try gelli plate printing and of course as with every new arts & crafts activity that I explore, the outlay for start-up supplies can quickly add up and become expensive. So I decided to save some money by making my own masks. As you can see from my photo, I created an assortment of organic-shaped masks of a relatively small size so that they will work well with a 6 inch x 6 inch gelli plate.I don't own any type of cutting machine, so I needed to rely on a large and a small pair of Fiskars craft scissors to cut out the shapes. My cutting task was a bit challenging because all of my shapes had rounded curvy edges and some had smaller interior shapes that needed to be cut out from the center. Fortunately, the mylar plastic of which these sheets are made was fairly easy to cut with my scissors; the smaller and more intricate shapes were a bit tricky but still doable. I'm thinking that next time I might try cutting them out with a craft knife to see if that makes things go a little easier and quicker, but I currently don't own one.This product did not come with any directions, so through a little trial-and-error, I found that a darker-colored watercolor marker worked well for drawing the outlines of the shapes that I later wanted to easily erase. On the other hand, Sharpie permanent markers were good for using afterwards to label my masks.I think the material that these sheets are made of is the right combination of sturdiness and flexibility. I also like the milky white translucent color so that you can see them on any surface.All of the cut-outs I made in my photo only took up about 1/2 sheet, and this set comes with 8 sheets. So it should last me a while and I think it's a good value for its current price.

This stencil material came in a roll. I did not need to create a long stencil, but I would have been able to. The material is very thick and sturdy, yet it was very easy to cut with my electric cutting machine. I cut off a section of it to flatten it out on my cutting mat. My scan and cutting machine has an auto blade that adjusted perfectly to cut through the stencil material. The stencil will last for use after use.

I cannot get this to cut with my Cricut Maker and Deep Cut blade. I am not sure what I will use all of it for because I wanted to cut journaling stencils with it. Very disappointed in the product.
