A Natural Current for Your Aquarium
It does a great job of creating a natural current in my aquarium, which is beneficial for my fish and plants. The wave modes are also a nice feature, allowing me to customise the water flow to my liking. The controller is easy to use, and I like the feed mode and light sensor options. The pump itself is powerful and quiet, and it's been very reliable. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality wave maker for their aquarium.

Not up there with the expensive models, but good enough
This doesn't work as well as expensive models and I'm not convinced it'll have the durability of them in the long run, but it's significantly cheaper and still does a great job so I can still definitely recommend it.

Ok for nano tanks
I usually love hygger equipment, but the last couple of wave makers I've had have had issues. This one is quite low powered, so only really suitable for nano tanks. The controller is great, and has plenty of options for wave patterns, feed option which stops flow, and night mode for slower flow in dark conditions. The power head though has very little adjustment for ideal position, and for some reason I've found it intermittent at starting again once placed in feed mode... It seems to get stuck then need to be restarted.Lastly, why blue... black fits well with most tanks, and blue stands out like a sore thumb.

Enhances aquarium environment
Adding the wave maker to my aquarium has improved the environment for my fish. The six different wave modes simulate natural ocean currents, making the tank more dynamic. The powerful 4-blade impeller ensures even water flow while operating quietly. The multi-function controller is easy to use, allowing for adjustments of power levels and wave intervals. This device has enhanced water circulation, reduced debris, and increased oxygenation, making my tank healthier and more vibrant.

Was okay when it worked!
Was fantastic when set up, worked great and fish loved it. However, it broke overnight. Rotor stopped working and made a buzzing noise instead.

Too powerful for surface water plants
I have waited a few weeks to review this product as I wanted to give an honest review. If you have a marine/reef tank I am sure it would be amazing the water flow created once plugged in is really good. I personally have a tropical tank and find that the pressure even on the lower settings causes the plants in the tank to move and it was causing too much of a disturbance even on the lower settings. I have a lot of fry in my tank so keep surface plants and water lettuce for the babies to hide in.On some of the settings I found it can be quite load and it has to be positioned just so int he tank or it starts to create a whirlwind effect which creates more noise. The controls on my version didn't seem very easy to use and I had to keep pressing the buttons to make them chance. Maybe the plastic is a little bit hard at the moment and with use it would become easier to control. It has a great function for when you are feeding the fish it can go into to feed mode and the waves stop.My current tank is over 4ft long and the current is immense and covers the full length of the tank for such a small pump it is great value.

Good aquarium wave maker, Now the fish are surfing!!
Excellent aquarium wave making machine that really does work well.I dont have an aquarium but will be getting one very soon so took this to my mates to try who has a large one, and a similar item to this so it was good to compare! It is very very easy to set-up and the instructions are easy to follow, plus i found a few youtube videos as a guide! The wave machine has 6 wave modes, you can adjust the frequency, adjust the flow, turn on/off night light etc!!This is a great bit of kit and competes with the more expensive one my mate has.Great price and i would easily recommend it...

ok-ish
It's good but has some drawbacks. The six wave modes and adjustable water flow speed are nice features, and it works well in both freshwater and saltwater tanks. The magnet power head is strong and keeps the wave maker securely in place. However, the 10W power seems a bit low, and it doesn't create as strong a current as I expected for my coral reef tank.
