Joint & Muscle Care - Organic Supplement - Supports Healthy Joints and Muscles

Took away some of my pain, but does not last for more than a few hours. I have only taken it for a couple of days so I will continue to use maybe it takes some time to work better. I hope it will work better the more I take it as the first pill did relieve a good bit of discomfort I was having it just didn't last all day, I would have to take several to last all day.

I’m on my second bottle of this (and just ordered a third one) after years of trying many other things for pain and stiffness in my lower back and hips. Sometimes, when I would get sick with something, the pain would be so bad that walking was almost impossible. After seeing that some of these herbs in Goodbye Aches and Pains are helpful for Lyme, I decided give it a try. I felt some improvement almost right away when I had severe pain and began taking two per day, and over time, much of the pain and stiffness has gone away, in general. It’s rather amazing! Even when I became sick with something, recently, the pain in my lower back and hips was a lot milder than before. I showed these to my alternative health care practitioner and she liked the ingredients and recommended that I continue taking them. Thus, I recommend that people, who are afflicted with pain from acute and/or chronic Lyme Disease give these herbs a try. They may help.

Use for pain.

I recently twisted an ankle and it wasn't healing. Later I found out that I have arthritis and that was the reason why it wasn't healing and having pain. I couldn't wear high heels anymore and I was limping around. It was painful when I put pressure on my foot. I tried the medication but I did not like to be on medication forever. Besides, it wasn't very effective. I still had swelling and pain. I tried a few other natural supplements and they sort of worked. This one works the best. Within a few weeks, I did not have any more swelling or pain. I can now wear high heels again, though I try to reduce whenever I can. I will continue to take it as maintenance 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. It's great!

Not happy with this product...Didn't help my muscles 😢

I broke my wrist a year ago, and had to undergo surgery to repair the bone. I tried all other pain medication and nothing worked, except this. Goodbye Aches and Pains took a while to start working, it is not like advil/ tylenol or other over the counter pain medication, but took a couple of weeks for me to feel a difference. Now, my wrist pain is no longer acute, and is very minimal!

Non addictive. I find it works best if you start taking it before the pain becomes to intense.

I like the fact that my numerous pains throughout my body, seems so far, to be diminishing.
