5+++++ Stars For This Sweet Sexy Drummer!!
Can you see all the hearts floating around me and the ones shining in my eyes? They're there, I know it, because Mike Madden is PERFECTION personified and I LOVE him! He was always my favorite but after reading Havoc, favorite doesn't feel like a strong enough word anymore. Obsession may be better suited.Jamie Shaw's Havoc is everything I could have ever hoped for. I love love loved it. I did not want to stop reading. I had to force myself to slow down so it wouldn't end too fast. The fourth and final book in the Mayhem series (*whimpers) is filled with love, humor, angst and great character chemistry. Mike and Hailey are too cute together and so very compatible. I adore Hailey. Her mannerism and insecurities made her so relatable. She's just the sweetest and a great match up for Mike.... *Swoon Mike. That sweet talented drummer who'd rather play video games than hook up with a groupie, melted my heart. I wanted his story the second, I met him in Mayhem. I was NOT disappointed. Gah! I just want to hug him. He's such a good guy. Oh yeah and he's also H-O-T hot! (BEST GUY EVER!!) Although, that should come as no surprise since all the members of The Last Ones to Know are crazy gorgeous.I'm so sad to see this series come to an end. These Last Ones to Know boys and their girls left a huge lasting impression in my soul. <3 I one hundred percent recommend this book! Believe me, you won't regret it.

I adore this drummer!
My favorite book of this series has always been Adam's book, Mayhem. I love Adam FREAKIN' Everest with all my heart! And I still do but my favorite has changed. Changed to Mike, the drummer. My drummer.Adam, Joel and Shawn have always had rock star down but Mike is sweet, different. Yeah, he's the guy that's always tapping on something and really does hold things together with his beat but he's held himself back from the hordes of girls that want to give him anything he wants. He had fallen in love with his high school girl and though she tossed him aside, he couldn't let the idea of her go. Until she shows up again, sure he's the one that got away. Let's just say that I hate Danica with a passion that far outweighs her role in this story. She doesn't love Mike, just his rock star status. She doesn't see the fun gun who loves to play video games that is gentle and kind But her cousin does. But Hailey can't have what Danica wants. So let the havoc begin.Campaign series are a favorite of mine. I love to see what the previous characters are up to while treasuring a new story. But normally I always love the first in the series best. Not this time. Poor Adam will have to step aside in my heart because Mike has taken his place. I adore this sweet, kind drummer that holds the beat to this band in more ways than one. And what does this tell me about the characters in this series? They are well written, full characters that provoke my emotions and have me turning pages to find out what will happen. And what will happen? The feeling, the SPARK between these two is so real and true but it's held back because Hailey is a good person. She doesn't want to steal the guy her cousin wants even though her cousin doesn't really love him. She doesn't want to jeopardize her family or her school for what will only be a fling in her mind. But the feeling run much deeper than that and she's just gonna have to learn. And the characters that I knew from before? So love how they take sides and see the real writing on the wall. Dee and Rowan made me proud!Mike's big heart will capture you and hold you to these pages as you hope for his happy ending! There's just that magic combination of great characters, excellent writing and a story that I want to read that make these pages flying by! It's the kind of book you find yourself wanting to read again and again so the comfort of it can seep into your life over and over again. This book can stand alone but who would want to miss all the fun along the way!? Don't miss a single one but remember that Mike is MINE.

Best book of the series!
OMG. This book. SERIOUSLY. THIS BOOK! THE FEELS!Once I started this book, I was instantly in love with this book and characters.I know I’ve said it in the past about books, but I seriously love friends-to-lovers books. This one was no exception. I loved seeing Mike and Hailey become friends. I loved their conversations, the way they’d play videogames together, how he got to know her brother and became friends with him. I loved how he would wish Hailey sweet dreams every night. I loved their friendship. I loved the connection that developed between them. And I loved the moment that Hailey realized she had a crush on him. She decided to do the right thing and walk away. Was it easy…no. But she did it. But Hailey was also a good person, and when she heard he was sick, she went to check on him. I have to say that I loved the scenes where she took care of him. They were so sweet!Add in the moment when Mike told her exactly how he felt about her….I was swooning. There was a literal AWWWWW moment when he told her. And don’t get me started on their long distance date. That was just the sweetest thing ever. And it was a perfect date. You really can’t get any better than a pizza date.I also fell in love with Phoenix. I got a little nervous for her at one point and had to put the book down and walk away for about an hour. I couldn’t have handled it if something had happened to her. I was beyond happy when Hailey took her home to Mike’s house. That dog was meant to be theirs. As to be expected….I hated Danika. She was truly awful (the author did a great job with that!). I hated the way she kept blackmailing Hailey and threatening her. And all the snide comments, trying to break Hailey down and make her doubt Mike…let’s just say I haven’t hated a character this much in a LONG time. Being pushed off a cliff onto sharp rocks would be to good for her. She deserved much worse! This book gave me a serious case of the feels. I loved every moment of it. I seriously couldn’t put it down. I’m actually extremely jealous that my bff got to meet the author at a book signing last year. Yes, she picked up a book for me, and while I love it, it’s not the same! It is now my mission to meet her and get this book signed. I shall up my author stalking game and make this happen!

Absolute Havoc...5*+!!
It was February 2015 I read Mayhem and Riot and then Chaos in the July. It was only a couple of days ago I was remembering this series so I decided to check to see if Jamie Shaw had released her 4th book... well I got a lovely surprise when Havoc was staring back at me.What a fabulous series this has been and I still remember how I felt after reading Mayhem, this was Jamie Shaw first book and I was so impressed and I'm even more so now.!With each story we've fallen more in love with all the characters and everything that revolves around The Last Ones to Know and we have waited so long for Mikes story... I think about 17months? But it's been worth the wait.I honestly don't think Jamie Shaw could of made Danica any more evil than she was.. well she probably could but thank goodness she didn't because she was bad enough, she was very unpredictable and totally out for her own gain.Hailey on the other hand is a different story, she is beautiful through and thrugh, a complete contrast to Danica her evil cousin who prances around in all her glory thinking she is better than everyone else but it would all back fire on her in time. Hailey came across as the underdog, constantly putting up with Danica's verbal abuse and put downs you were just willing her to give her a piece of her mind but unfortunately Danica new she had got her where she wanted her, it certainly tested your patience.I loved how Mike dealt with Danica, once he finished with her that was it... it was only on Danicas part that she kept pushing but she had shown her true colours by now and he saw in Hailey everything he'd been missing.Up until about chapter 18... it was the build of what was to come and once the breakup was confirmed and Danica realised that Mike had his sights on Hailey the realisation set in but still Danica would continue to cause Havoc and we just lived in hope that Hailey would find a way to cope with everything that was thrown at her, thank goodness for Rowan, Dee, Kit and Leti they were her only friends that mattered... true friendsBetween the worry of what Danica might be planning next and Hailey worrying if she was going to loose everything, it became quite stressful especially as Hailey was keeping certain concerns and worries from Mike... if only he knew. You can't help counting down the days for Mike to return, we've already had some very beautiful and touching moments Phoenix for one and Mike flying home to spend a few hours with Hailey and his acceptance of Phoenix too but from this point it just keeps you gripped especialy the Thanksgiving scene that was epic and a long time coming! There's a lovely bulild up to the ending and the epilogue is just superb it couldn't have played out any better... Jamie Shaw did a fabulous job with this whole series and I can't wait for what ever comes next..!!Thank you..
