Now Foods Xylitol 2.5 lbs Fine Granules

Great stuff and excellent price. I make my own toothpowder and mix it in for both its sweetness and anti-cavity fighting and enamel rebuilding properties. So much better than the toxic so-called "flouride" toothpaste formulations (which is not flouride but a toxic aluminum waste product).

You can't tell the difference in taste! My very picky family didn't notice that I swapped the sugar for this! They will not try it in the original packaging, but I swapped out the regular sugar in the regular sugar container for this, and for the past week, they have NOT noticed! Not even in the coffee or their favorite, sweet tea and lemonade! I highly recommend this for the picked eaters! (I plan on revealing the truth when I need to refill the container 😉)

Let me start by saying, I cannot stand sugar alternatives. I have never been able to use any other sweetener than sugar. That is until now. Xilytol has the closest flavor profile to sugar that I've ever tasted. I've used in coffee and I've made candied pecans, both were yummy. My only issue with this product is packaging. It won't close tightly after opening so I have to keep the bag inside a Ziploc gallon bag.

I use stevia for anything cold and xylitol for anything hot. I get the same taste as sugar with better benefits.

The rating is not necessarily for the product as it does taste fine. My dog almost died because he got into some of this. He was in the hospital and not given a good chance of living. Thankfully he survived but the $600 bill I should have just used stevia. This stuff is extremely lethal for pets and no warning label anywhere.

Much better tasting than those other sugar substitutes. Only a slight difference from regular sugar noted. No aftertaste at all. Will purchase it again.

We use this product every day in tea, and on homemade granola. Yesterday my wife used it in making tapioca pudding.

Good tasting but be very careful of how much you use. Too much sugar alcohol will find you in the bathroom if you know what I mean.
