Android 13 Car Radio for Toyota Tacoma 2005-2015 Stereo 4+32GB 8 Core 9" IPS Touch Screen Upgrade Radio Built-in Car-Play Android Auto GPS Navi, for JBL & No JBL

***Installed in a 2nd Generation Tacoma.2015, 4x4, Sport.JBL infotainment system and amp.OEM backup camera.Boy oh boy. Not fun to connect. Super easy really. But no tutorials out there for our exact year and model with the Canbus box adapter•Screen quality is good. Maybe even excellent.•Sound is much better. But now I realize some of my speakers need replacing. Turn on Bass Enhancer. Select Subwoofer. Turn in Amp. Select 200+ HZ and move the scroll to somewhere between 9 and 12. Really enhances bass instruments.•The screen dims if I turn on my Headlights. This is optional. You may also set this to follow a timer.•The buttons can change color. I leave mine on white.•Steering controls work. Volume + & -.•Microphone is always horrible on head units. Not sure how to select a different microphone in the settings.•Apple CarPlay is awesome! Just open the bluetooth settings and connect to the unit. It will automatically transfer to CarPlay. But make sure to keep your phone unlocked and approve/add CarPlay when it prompts you. Connects automatically when I turn on the truck. It has a short Wifi antenna so only connects when I'm inside.•OEM USB works for CarPlay and/or charging. I didn't bother to connect the extra USB that was provided.You can hook up a dashcam to this and use this as the media center. A 360 camera system will work with this too. A front camera can work too.•Radio sounds clearer and works better. Which is funny because I don't have an antenna on my truck.The seller includes the Canbus adapter. No need for any RCA cables -save the backup camera analog adapter.After I cut out all the extra harness and wiring, it was a lot nicer behind the Head Unit.Most things are plug and play. I love the metal backing and always-on fan behind the unit. The only soldering/jointing I did was with the camera.OEM backup camera is wired into the 'out' 6v side of a 12v to 6v converter (not provided). The converter 'in' 12v side is receiving power from the red accessory cable that goes between the Head Unit and the Canbus box.I chose random 'ground' connections and it works.In the Factory Settings [3368], turn off reverse power supply. My camera did not work until I played with this setting.When the camera is on, and in reverse, tap the screen for additional settings. I spliced the wire -labeled "Reverse", and spliced it into the brown cable in the Canbus box.Also, make sure to turn on "Factory Camera Switch" or something like that. Or else it ignores the reverse input.I have an extra antenna because of the XM Radio. Just left that one hanging and gave power to the regular radio antenna. These have circular connectors.The screen has a removable film. You can see the tab to remove it. If this gets scratched up really bad, that's a screen protector as well! I left mine on. Pleasantly surprised to find this. It takes away some of the quality look but provides more protection. Screen protector scratches easy because it is plastic film and not tempered glass.The seller will do their best to help you. But you should really be confident in doing this by yourself. I had to figure the camera out on my own. I did not use the following cables to memory; "Key 1", "Key2", "Amp ctl", "Brake", "IR", and a pink wire that had something about Amp.. But I did connect the two blue wires that said "Amp" on them. They have matching Chinese lettering.***The Hazard light box does not fit into this trim. It might clip into 2011 and earlier gen 2s. I broke the plastic bits that got in the way. It fits flush but does not clip in. I got creative and drilled in some discreet holes and tied it in with wire. Use one of the old head unit bolts to tie the wire to. The bolts are no longer needed anyway. You can toss the bracket for the factory radio, since this HU is so light.

Im impressed by the head unit, for the money you cant beat it. I really like that you can use your phone as a mobile hotspot to watch youtube or movies online. The wireless carplay/android auto works flawlessly. It came with all the necessary harnesses needed to install. I would say that instructions were lacking but its basically plug and play. I did have an issue with the steering wheel controls where only one button would register. But I contacted the email they provided and a nice lady (Miss Levy) showed me how to correct the issue. One thing i would improve is to add a bracket option so it could be securely bolted down with the trucks original bolts as theres nothing holding it towards the bottom of the unit.

Love this head unit. Sound quality is better, apple car play works great, and quick customer support to help me program my steering wheel controls.

Really nice headunit, installed into my 2010 Tacoma good, lots of apps & the touchscreen works great. Only 2 complaints are the top tabs could pop in a little firmer & I wish I could customize the Home Screen & remove certain widgets.Took me about an hour to install

Great upgrade from the factory head unit. Improves upon the factory listening experience and adds great customization. Had some issues with the wiring of the backup camera and Ms. Levy was able to walk me through it to getting to work. Just had to find the 12v power and connect the correct wire. Easy install.

Great price. Plug and play with my 2nd gen tacoma. Even installed a 3rd part reverse camera

Customer service is outstanding! Miss Levy walked me through a couple things to fix the issues I had. Bought one of these for my Ram 1500 and just bought one for my sons Tacoma. All because of the customer service and quality of the product. Highly recommend!!
