I could not put this book down...
Sheila has to be highly-regarded as an envoy for The Travelling World. I have personally heard her telling her important stories that must still be regarded as part of The Oral Tradition Fabric of Scotland for future generations. I could not put this book down....

A fascinating book which is entertaining and educating (if rather biased) throughout. Very easy reading and the travellers tales and poems are delightful. Not to be missed if you are wanting to know more about travellers.

Not as good I felt as other books on travelers life.

Fantastic
I've met Sheila a few times and in this book her character and personality shine through. An easy book to read while still being very informative about the Scottish Traveller culture. This is a simply fantastic book.
