Some of the pieces were broken and I had a similar situation as the other reviewer listed. I realize it's not the seller's fault and it's the manufacturer's fault, but I know it will be hard to get it replaced through the manufacturer.

Foxy’s head & Arm were broken in the package. The arms and legs of these items do not fit right or break off easily.

I gave this one star because the figures look great and my son loves them. But they were delivered today and brought in around 1pm, it's been less than three hours and I already have had to super glue four parts. My son is 7 years old and very good with his toys. He was playing with them like normal, sitting right next to me, and peices just snap. He was so excited for these to come and is so upset now and thinks its his fault, so now he is afraid to play with them and is just holding the. Unacceptable.

Both toys were broken in the package. You couldn’t tell until they were open. There was no damage to the display box or the shipping box.

i ordered these for my son. first off they arrived dirty..with what appears to be some kind of oil all over the figure. this mustbe a feature of this type of action figure as we called and had a second one shipped..same oily coating.then the arm socket broke just enough so that the arm wont stay on.if your kids arent 20 then dont buy these as they break and are total crap, just like every other fnaf item ive purchased.

The nightmare collection is garbage. If you happen to get a figure that is not already broken, or breaks immediately, you are in the minority! Very upsetting quality. Funko also pretty much laughed at me and told me they didnt care.
