Works great plug and play.

Having had enough of using awful ISP provided routers, I decided to use an old Dell Optiplex to build a router based of OPNSense so needed an additional network port in the system.The card was a simple solution, cheap and easy to install and works perfectly with OPNSense.All setup and running and so much better.

This card is detected right a way in debian 11 and openwrt without any issues and it works great. It comes with two brackets and I was able to change the long one to mini one and fit this into my dell optiplex 7010 small factor pc which is now my router + nas in one box. I recommend this card.

overall happy with the card but it doesnt work with esxi 8+ because the drivers aren't available in esxi anymore.good build quality and i get the advertised throughput.

Works with proxmox pass-through to a vm router / opnsense.Can't comment on the performance as i only have 70Mbit internet but processor usage is almost 0 while running a speed test so something is working well behind the scene and i assume it supports IOSRV for virtual environments. Not noticed an increase in power usage on my hypervisor either so that's a bonus.

I was using Realtek cards with my pfSense build before, which FreeBSD has a lack of support for. My internet would constantly drop, etc. But this card works wonders with it, and haven't had a connection drop of quirk ever since. Perfect for a home pfSense build.

Looked too good to be true, and it was.1 of the 4 ports died within months. A second port died a few months after that.Network speed does come close to 1Gbit with low CPU utilisation, but the quality/reliability is very poor.

Las PCs de ahora cada vez tienen menos puertos PCI y yo que necesitaba múltiples puertos de red, me ayudó bastante este producto. Lo mejor es que puede trabajar con PCs normales y su sistema operativo Win7 o Win10 o hasta Win11

Comme indiqué dans le commentaire de "team94", cette carte est l'une des seule rare cartes reconnue immédiatement sur ESXI 8.0 par de driver à installer, c'est Plug&Play.Le chipset "I210-T1" est approuvé comme étant valide par VMWARE (fiez-vous toujours au guide de compatibilité vmware disponible en PDF).Elle est très stable dans le temps, rien à dire hormis son prix un peu excessif pour du 1Gbs

Had al meerdere intel clones geprobeerd in mijn pfsense router maar ze bleven maar problemen geven. Beetje sceptisch deze besteld en na installatie geen uitval gehad. Dus perfecte kaart.
