CorVex 9571 Frying Pan, Large Black

Pan i was sent is 9.5 inches. not 40cm as ordered. And its handle is covered almost completly in rust. Garbage item.

Wow this pan really is non-stick and cooks food very fast! I made huge scallops in garlic and butter in 6 minutes flat tonight. I love the feel of the cool to touch, rubbery handle. This lightweight yet sturdy pan puts all the other frying pans I have ever owned to shame. I am throwing the old ones out. You must purchase this if you ever cook with a frying pan.

This is our second purchase of the CorVex brand frying pan. Our first was the 11 inch and we were extremely impressed. As advertised, both pans have a non-stick ceramic coating that needs no oil or cooking spray. We've had countless Teflon pans and the ceramic is as non-stick, if not more. Even cooked-on egg slides right off, making cleaning a breeze. And the coating is tough! No more fears about Teflon chips in our food. No more added oils or fats.The pan is solidly built with a cast-iron feel, but without the weight. The grip is hard rubber and nicely moulded to the handle.Stop buying bargain cookware and get yourself at least one of these.

Non-stick my ass.

I didn't realize it was so small! would have much rather a bigger size pan. will know for next time but in saying that way too expensive for that size and to be totally honest not that better quality compared to other pans that I have that are non-stick pans.
