Directions To use water decals; 1. paint your nails white or light coloured. 2. cut out the design leaving a 2-3mm border. 3. plunge into water for 30-60 seconds. 4. Slide your decal off the backing card. (the image will be on jelly like film). 5. gently place the decal on your nail. 6. lightly dap the excess water away using a tissue. 7. apply 2 coats of good quality top coat to seal the design in place.
