This is a nice quality roller, but using a bolt isnt really effective. I was planning to use this with another tensioner but the diameter of the bearing is too small. It is metal not rubber which I think will last longer, as my other plastic roller wore out after 4 outings. The product itself is good quality but I would plan to get a spring for tension.

Chain tensioner for mini bike
This chain tensioner is metal construction, not rubber. I don’t have the mini bikes listed in the description, but I’m building my own. Once it’s done, this tensioner will find its happy forever home. I was hoping for a rubber roller to make it a little quieter, but the metal works and hopefully it’s not as hard as the chain and doesn’t damage it. Seems fairly well constructed and comes with all the hardware pictured, but it is all metal.

Creates tension
This roller for a chain tensioner works well. The bearings are smooth & it fits. The tensioner bolt really isn't the best way to tension a chain, but it's there if you want to use it.
