They are perfect for running like I do in cross country they are comfortable and a cool material. With a skirt and short mixed into and when we do workout like wall climbs they have short under in case of it falls down. One of my favorites is that it has pockets that are hidden in the shorts so it's hard to notice things in the pocket with the flow short over. It also doesn't loose its ruffles in the wash.Very impressed would recommend but it is on the expensive side but love the material but it does have a weird smooth texture that feel like it leaves residue.

My 11 year old daughter loves these. She has several pairs and these are her choice for her gymnastics classes. They seem to be popular among girls her age right now.
