Really Works!!
This little piece really does direct the sound forward and makes volume louder on my iPad. Don’t waste your money on the knock offs, like I did, trying to save a dollar or two. It was not he same quality an did not fit my iPad with the cover on.

Not compatible with case
Overall; it kind of does the job. The sound isn't amplified a ton, but enough to hear what I couldn't before. Does not like the case I have to have on it for my kid's sake.

Not practical.
I have an older style and thought this would be a good replacement if I lose that one. But this one doesn’t have an opening for the cord to plug in. So I cannot charge my iPad mini while using this one.

It redirects sound towards you rather than to the side.
Item works as advertised. Not much to say about a piece of plastic that diverts sound. I would buy another one as it does help me hear my iPad better.

Works! Amplifies sound sufficiently when you have a fan or AC on and cannot hear.

Works well but watch the magnets
I got this to replace another sound director I managed to lose. The only trouble I had was that the two magnet bars that help hold it to the pad came out, first one then the other, while I used it. I glued them back in and I have not had any problem with them since.

Not effective for my hearing loss. Cannot use with a case on the pad...I don’t remove my case...
