Mice don’t chew through it

They are okay. The caps like to pop off in storage. The gell inside doesn't seem to be evenly distributed. They work though.

These little "squish" connectors are lifesavers - they're for signal wire, i.e. the individual conductors in twisted pair (e.g. telephone or network cabling) - not intended for much current at all. But they seal up TIGHT - they're full of a goop that protects the connection from moisture, and prevents oxidation. You don't need ANY tools to use them - no crimpers (you can close these with any pliers, or even a hammer, or in a pinch, your teeth), and you don't even have to strip the wires beforehand - you can cut and repair a piece of UTP with nothing but your pocketknife, if you needed to, and you could then leave that splice laying in a puddle and it would be just fine.

I'm still deciding if the number ratio of used vs trashed still justify the low cost. The red discs frequently pop off prior to the connector even being put over the wires before crimping. Pretty poor tolerances in manufacturing.

Maybe my fault and not paying attention but 0.7mm wire is 21 or 22 AWG, so my 20AWG was a bit tight. will buy a bag of the next size (0.9mm) next time. These are really designed only for signal wire and low Amp (0.8A max) applications. But they do work fine.

I order these mini connectors for 12-volt LED light strips that I'm wiring to my ebike. The wires are thin, about the size of phone wires and this is the easiest way of connecting the tiny wires. The great part is that these connectors are fast, reliable, and the gel prevents corrosion from moisture, which leads to faulty connections and shorts. 5 stars!

The thing I don’t like about the wire connectors is that out of the bag about 10 + the red button that ya pinch down has fallen out of the body and they have grease in there. But otherwise they work good. It is a bulk type thing you know

The bag the product is packaged in was torn and 25% od the product was missing. Product was loose in shipping envelope. Obviously the orderfiller was unobservant and did not notice putting damaged packaging/missing product in shipping envelope. Mfg should pkg in a box, not flimsy bag and orderfiller should PAY ATTENTION.
