These are reasonably good quality and sturdiness, although they will not take much abuse. I think they are perfect as a base mask for adding paint of other embellishments. Decorating them would be great as a classroom or group activity for older kids.As for size ... I find that they fit my face quite well (I am female with an average-sized face) but I think these would not fit larger male adults or very small children. The string is not particularly sturdy, but it is easily replaceable if it breaks.I was surprised and happy to find that, in addition to the masks, there were 15 paintbrushes and 15 packages of little paint pots (assorted colors), so you don't even have to buy those or mess with doling out paints from larger containers for a kid's activity session. Everyone will automatically get a brush and paints of their own! This was a nice bonus that I didn't expect as I didn't see it in the listing before choosing these. (There is a photo of one mask with the paint and brush in front of it, but the listing, itself, does not mention those as being included. They do a disservice to themselves by not mentioning that because it is a very nice little bonus that I am sure others will appreciate as well.)One suggestion I would make if you want these to last ... use a white primer (spray type made specifically for plastic!) on these before adding other paint. It will give the surface of the masks a "tooth" which will help the other paint stick better and keep it from peeling or scratching off.Overall, I think these are well worth the price and you get enough of them to entertain several kids for a long while (great for teachers or just busy moms who need some quiet time when kids are out of school.)

I've ordered cat masks like this four times from different sellers. These are the cheapest. Thinnest paper, the strap is a thin string, the mask is plain. Won't use this source again.

I've seen some bad reviews about this, and I don't understand why people think that getting a whole kit would mean that you're getting something that's going to last for a lifetime. These masks are pretty decently made and didn't have any imperfections that I could see. The acrylic paint was not the best, but it was not the worst either. it holds on pretty well to the material provided. And it is quite. fun to have as a quick party starter. we recently used it at a party we had where people painted their masks, how they wanted. And either put them on their cups or walked around with them on. they're a little small. So if your face is a little larger like mine, it may look some odd. proportion on your face. But other than that, it's fine.

I love how sturdy and easy it is to create things with these masks! They are super comfy to wear and can be worn with glasses. Felting and painting these masks have been a breeze. Great product!

The product is as described, but this is not a paper full-sized mask. The masks are smaller than regular size and the eye holes lack symmetry. Poor product. Do not buy.

My kids and I are obsessed with designing and coloring elaborate cat masks. Normally, we opt for cardboard masks but these plastic ones were a nice treat! We used acrylic markers instead of the provided paint and it applied like paint to the surface and the finished effect was stunning especially on the masks we used metallic colored markers. As it is with all the cat masks we've purchased so far the masks are a bit too big for my 8 yo to wear without me shortening the elastic band.

These are meant to be painted, and the paint comes with them. You get 15 in this set, and they are made well. They are comfortable and can be worn by anyone. It's fun to personalize these and cosplay or even just play pretend with your kids or friends. I haven't had so much fun since cats. Great price. Get for a school project or any event that's got to do with cats.
