I am taking a capsule every day because this mixture is great for so many of our physical processes, especially the eyes. In my work, I need to keep sharp vision and this is how I plan to keep everything good. I like the mixture because it's a very well thought out interdependent formula, if I would buy all these ingredients separately ...wow. I have bought this multivitamin for my vision from multiple sellers and I have taken it for about 10 months, first I was under the impression that it’s doing good however, now I believe that should have been a placebo effect! The only benefit that it had for me was preventing dry eyes sufficiently that I didn’t have to use eye drops so many times.Although, I’m still not sure if the capsules include what they’re claiming, and it was not strong enough to preserve my vision… so I am switching to another product to see how another multivitamin that claims being organic actually works…

After using this supplement for 4 months, my overall vision has improved. I am 60 plus and need readers, but no glasses otherwise I find it worth continuing.
