I'm 170 lbs, 5', 9" and athletic. This shirt is a little tight on me but that doesn't bother me too much unless I'm wearing an undershirt under it and then it's pretty tight. I like the sleeve pocket and wear it while I'm coaching kid sports and I sometimes need a pen. I would say the wrist cuffs are pretty tight so if you wear a smart watch you will find it difficult to pull the cuff over your watch to see the time. I suppose that's OK if you wear this as an undershirt or don't want cold air running up your sleeve but for me, it is annoying.However, I like the look of this and the material is heavy weight so it should be great in winter.
