Patella Knee Strap for Running, Basketball, and Hiking by Adjustable Patellar Tendon Pain Relief and Support Brace from Jumper's Knee, Chondromalacia, and Tendonitis/Pink

I am a physical therapist and this brace is perfect. It provide excellent support for knee instability, offers pain relief, compressive but not restrictive, allows adequate flexion of the knee without obstructing blood flow particularly in the popliteal area. It’s easy to use, it doesn’t roll or ride up, easy to adjust ( in my case my leg swells after a long day at work so I don’t have to pull my pants down to adjust. I can just roll up my pant leg. ) My pain level was an 8/10. First use, it was down to 2-3/10 and after 2 days I am pain free and can go up and down the stairs without trouble.

I have being using the Marquee Sports Patella Knee Strap for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It has greatly reduced my knee pain when walking. I have tried a variety of products meant to do the same thing but have had nowhere near the results I've had with the Marquee strap. I've tried kinesiology tape but my skin reacts horribly to adhesives - and I've tried multiple kinds. I've tried various "sleeves" but, to be blunt, I have large thighs and they either don't fit at all or roll down and bunch behind my knee. And I've also tried two other straps. They were also too tight. But the Marquee has a very generous strap that is adjustable from both sides and it fits perfectly! It is comfortable AND it keeps my kneecap aligned without cutting off circulation. I am extremely happy and grateful to have found this product. I highly recommend it!

This is a good product. It happens to not be a good fit for my knee issue, but it is a well made and comfortable product, and I can see it being helpful for a variety of knee issue, just not mine.

This works well to relieve my knee pain when walking a lot or working out. It is padded and wide which makes it very comfortable. If I use this along with K-tape and can almost be pain free for many hours

This seems like a very good product, well made and fits a variety of leg sizes. That was one of the reasons I bought it but I am sorry to say because of the fleshiness of my legs the strap cut into me and it was not comfortable. I can see with a more slender leg it would work but not for me.

I have bad knees; surgery on both for ligament issues.... For the past 2 months, I have been battling chronic knee pain while working out; to the point that my knee swells and I cannot squat or lunge. I JUST opened this item, put it on, and walked for the first time without pain in weeks! I am so elated and relieved! I will be purchasing another one for my other knee. This brace is so great because it provides support without all of the bulkiness of my sports brace that I purchased from my doc. I would highly recommend!!!

This product works the way its states it should, I was in so much pain in my knee in tears. It took one day to deliver and I immediately felt relief, was not expecting two, but yay. The stability is great, spport,support,, and size are all awsome.

I ordered this knee strap to try instead of the compression knee sleeve I usually wear. I was pleased with the support and like the adjustable fit although almost ran out of velco to attach to. It was much cooler and functioned just as well as a knee sleeve for me. I do have to say I am only a slogger vs. a hard runner, so can't attest to the stability if you are really pounding. I would recommend for a easy to use, comfortable and supportive knee strap.
