Like the fact it’s compact & easy to alter, hoping to improve lung function by using it, have COPD so will try anything & everything to help improve, so far getting on with it really well

So I blew the back of the lung inhaler and put my hand out and fine black stuff blew out of it on to my hand and it won't let me up load the photos but they are there for anyone who wants to see them

This only seems to work on or off, the in between settings have very little difference.This also collects spit like no other, and it all dribbles out the end when breathing. Ick.

Firstly this product is a good size and comfortable to fit in my mouth. It feels good both in the hand and mouth as it is made from soft, food-quality silicone.The design is simple enough however the instructions state "Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth with the engraved word "top" at the base of the mouthpiece facing up" now...I have looked and looked and looked and I cannot for the life of me see any engraved words or printed words or anything remotely similar. To me the whole thing looks exactly the same from all angles. This is a small thing you may think, but it's a pet peeve of mine because it's almost as if the manufacturer is gaslighting me. Am I crazy?! Am I blind?! Or was I right all along?But look, once you get the mouthpiece in (whichever way you like) the instructions are easy to follow from there and you can feel it as you turn the resistance up on the unit. So it does work in that respect, which is all I can ask for. As for health or exercise benefits I do not know in all honesty. My guess is that like any kind of exercise you would have to engage a program of training to see results. I would not order this item expecting a plug-and-play difference in your life.It seems a good enough item. Sorry but I have to remove a star for the instructions and the engraved "top" debacle. Perhaps you think I'm being harsh dear reader, but it is what it is.
