zhuzhu Aquarium Bubble Ball & Surf Board with Mandarin Fish

Lot of fun. The fish rolls across the floor for lot of fun for the little one.

We got several sets of these for our fish obsessed twins and they don't work super well on our carpet. When I saw they had this that could allow you to use them on carpet I was super excited. This is like a hamster ball but for your electric fish. My boys were so excited and now they can use them better in their playroom. Plus my toddler loves chasing them around yelling 'here fishy fishy!' The only downside is that it's a little hard for them to close so their Dad or I have to help, but otherwise we love it.

Hour daughter will play with this thing for hours, watching it run all over the house and in to things. It really is a super cute little interactive toy that we hope she will get many years of fun from….our cat enjoys it too!

Different toy. Fun. Simple. I find that the fish needs to keep getting turned on to keep moving, it’ll move for about 10 seconds and then stop. Is that normal? It keeps my 3 year old entertained so I can’t complain too much.

This is a fun toy for our children, but it seems to have gotten the least amount of play in the bundle of items we got for them. I think if we had the full system, it would have appealed more to them. Without the full system, the little fish toy is limited. It struggles to spin the sphere/ball it comes with and requires near perfect placement to even get it going. It uses common batteries, which is a plus and the little dolphin sounds are a nice touch. The surf board it comes with is cool and works well, but not as useful without the rest of the pieces like the tubes to glide on. In my opinion, this one is best enjoyed with the zhuzhu kit as opposed to a standalone toy.

Love this little dude!Never had Zhu Zhu pets before, although heard about the hamsters. This is similar I'm guessing, even down to the sounds, as the fish makes cute little trilling noises. It sounds more like a hamster than an ocean animal.Solid build, the fish is hard plastic underneath a soft fabric cover. The fabric is very soft and nice to the feel. We don't have the aquarium playset, so it just rolls around our living room. The ball acts exactly as a hamster ball would. Looks super cute inside! 2 different buttons, one for just sounds and another for movement.Younger kid is a little afraid of them, and the older one played with them for a while then moved on... but quality interactive toys.Great pet to chase around the house!

Gifted to young toddler.. initially appeared that it would be an entertaining ball toy with the motorized fish rolling the clear plastic ball around the room. Unfortunately it did so for a short period before the plastic ball halves fell apart. Multiple reassembly efforts ended the same way. I would recommend for a small child.

We received 3 fish- none of them would move. Tried pushing all the buttons- no luck. Very disappointed and will try to return them.
