I loved the book, very well organized, good manageable recipes and good resource for those who have various food sensitivities; and overall for anyone who wants to stay healthy

My wife and I were having trouble coming up with tasty yet healthy recipes. She saw this book and we decided to give it a try. There are the usual categories of food in the book, such as breakfast foods, soups, entrees, and deserts. The pictures of the food all look delicious, and they taste wonderful as well. Our favorite is the sloppy joes in a lettuce wrap.I admit that we have so far been adapting the recipes in the book, and have not used some of the more unusual though healthier ingredients such as almond flour. There is a nice shopping list at the beginning of the book that seems like it is very helpful to organize trips to the store, which my wife and I certainly need help with.All in all, very pleased with our purchase.

Great Healthy Easy Recipes
Great Healthy Recipe Book for busy people that realize that the food industry is poisoning us with sugar in processed foods to feed addiction. These recipes are quick and easy with simple whole ingredients and slices. Great flavoured meals made easy.

I am enjoying Ashleigh's cookbook. I was nervous that it would be too hard to follow and that it would require "crazy" ingredients, but thathas not been the case. I do not eat meat, and I have still been able to enjoy about ten recipes from the cookbook SO FAR; I'm sure there willbe more. I will still try the meat recipes for my family. The butternut squash/sweet potato fries are excellent, and the waffles are a staple. I am happy that the number of recipes are more limited; too many really overwhelm me.I purchased a second book for a friend.Thank you, Asleigh.

Got my cookbook yesterday and so looking forward to trying out these recipes. Thank you Ashleigh for taking the time to put these recipes in one place and keeping the ingredients clean and simple. I follow your hubby on YouTube. Thank you both for keeping us healthy.
