I took this vitamin in it's entirety before my review. The pills are easy to take. I had no adverse side effects from them. I took this in place of my other pills and did not notice any negative side effects. I would purchase again.

Spirulina and chlorella offer a number of health benefits. I've been aware of these microorganisms since my teenaged health food career in the 90s, but hearing them called a "stem cell supplement" is novel! This bottle says 1000 mg, but that is the amount in a four capsule serving, making this one month's supply. I did not experience any ill effects taking these, and hopefully got some benefits from these single-cellular superfoods.

While I haven't noticed any major changes to my health these supplements are easy to swallow, a slight grassy smell but no taste and no apparent side effects.

I'm always a little leary with algae and strange supplements that could potentially throw off my system and make me feel horrible. These however, must be doing something good, because I've been feeling really good lately and these pills have not made me feel "funny" like some other stuff I've taken before. I wish I didn't have to take four pills at a time, but it's not that big of a deal to me. At least there is no funny taste or smell when taking them. I am glad I got these and I'd recommend trying them at least to see how they make you feel.
