Amazing quality and sound
I have an LG OLED 65 Inch TV and this picture is as good as. Excellent sound quality (best yet) and easy to set up and use. Comes with two remotes - conventional and a solar powered/USB remote - great value.

Nice TV
Really pleased with this TV. Good picture and easy to access channels and apps but... you have to download the QR code on your smart phone to register and get started. My old mum would have struggled with this side of it but to be fair she would be a small minority. I paid extra to have it placed in situ and to take my old TV away with all the packaging which was well worth it.

Never Been So Disappointed With A TV Purchase
Be aware, this TV does not come with a normal remote control, it comes with a "smart" remote that is the same size as those used on a firestick, and only has about 5 buttons on it - it urges you hard to use voice commands. It also has no batteries and is solar powered!! Also be aware that if you are coming from an older samsung TV, the operating system on this TV is beyond frustration, as well as the settings. On top of all this, the TV is either designed for viewing only super bright HDR content or is broken technology, as it tries to passively brighten up areas that should be black despite all silly AI settings turned off, the pixelation on older content regarding quality was so poor that I when I went to my old LG TV from 5 years ago, it was so much better. I shouldn't go to an older and cheaper TV and think it's better both in operating system and most importantly, the picture I see. This Samsung also has the problem of being too bright, even turning brightness and contrast to 0 instead of 50 (what happened to having a scale of 100?) it doesn't look too dark. Local dimming also just made the screen more grey and hazy.Genuinely don't know if the unit I got was faulty or if this is the state of new TV's now with an unhealthy obsession with AI, voice commands, the environment - they certainly aren't obsessed with customer satisfaction and wants as far as I am concerned. Thankfully other manufacturers have normal remote controls and operating systems which I will be purchasing instead. I returned the unit, massively disappointed.
