Poor material and quality
I purchased this cue case about 15 months ago. I really liked it until I noticed it is falling apart. The handle is only holding on by about 1/4 inch of material out of 1 inch. The shoulder strap is doing the same thing. The rivets on the top handle are either ripped out or almost detached. The case looked great. I really liked it at first. I have had cases that have lasted many years, 10 - 15. This one only lasted 15 months.

Wears out quickly
I've owned this case for 18 months and the handle fell apart. The leather strap looks pretty worn too. It's always been inside the house and used once weekly.

Very strong que case
I'd recommend this product if you're looking to transport your pool cues safely. The pockets for your accessories are on point as well. Very well made. A bit pricey but nevertheless a great buy.

Looks great but falls apart
I just LOVE the look of this case and I'm very careful with my toys but...the decorative nails kept trying to fall out and the fasteners on the handle ripped out because the "pleather" (plastic, fake leather) was too thin for the job.To fix these issues, I put some Gorilla glue on each of the nails and pushed them back in. Then I went to the handles and glued them back on. Seems using glue was a great fix, as it holds a larger area of the pleather and hasn't ripped at all, since. If you get one of these beautiful cases, I'd recommend gluing the parts into place from the start. The cue sticks are well protected in this case. The springs, working with the cushion in the top lid section, do a wonderful job of gently holding each cue section in place while not allowing them to rattle around.
