Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Layered Stencil, 4.125-Inch by 8.5-Inch, Doily, White

I had never used a stencil before and it didn’t give me the lace look I was going for but my cookies still turned out well. My cousins wedding and her dress are black lace and her flowers are red roses and sunflowers.

While I love the image, it's ridiculously small, so that trying to cover anything other than a tag is pretty hard. This is one of my pet peeves about TH products. They are very well made but often the sizing is off/not as useful as it could be and I think wildly overpriced.

I was so disappointed with this stencil; glad I tried it on a piece of paper first.I tried repeatedly to see any flower pattern and it was a bust; my ink (tim holtz mini distress ink) would only leave blotches of colors all over the paper but no sign of flowers.I contacted the seller only to be told since it was used, I couldn't return it; although there is no visible sign it was ever used, and only tried it that one time; whatever happened to customer satisfaction. I have it sitting in my art box where it's going to stay; this was a complete waste of time and money. A sheer disappointment but there are other stencils I have enjoyed immensely by Tim Holtz (crackle, rays & speckles) -- read my honest reviews; I do not work or in any shape affiliated with Tim Holtz or any art supplies company.Will I recommend: absolutely not!

If you are looking to stencil a lace-y effect that isn't HUGE, this is perfect. Very pretty result.

Los stencils son los que nos facilitan mucho el trabajo. Este en especial es mucho muy lindo. Me ha ayudado mucho con trabajos a los que no se que hacer porque le falta algo,sale este stencil y asunto resuelto, me queda un trabajo bello.

The stencil might be too detailed for what I had envisioned for it use. I'll find some other use for it.
