As easy as attach, buckle, and tighten, the Motorcycle/ATV Adjustable Strap is rated to carry 100 lb. (200 lb. burst strength) 1 inch wide, adjusts from 18 to 60 inches long, 4 Total Straps. Two-piece strap consisting of a webbing element with loop attachments and an elastic element joined by quick-release buckle. The elastic section provides tension; the webbing section adjusts for size, ensuring you have exactly the right length with exactly the right tension. Each section is attached independently around a luggage rack, frame tube, foot peg carrier, etc., the luggage is placed between the attachment points, the two parts of the strap are buckled together, and the strap is tightened. Designed specifically for motorcycle and ATV use, they are safer than a bungee cord, with the looped end attachments to keep your ride scratch free.

Not what is pictured
You only get one set of two straps with this. However the picture shows three sets of two straps. These have the buckles on them not the pull straps. Make sure you read the fine writing in the descriptions.

The plastic clip broke the second time I used the Rok strap.
I like the concept of the Rok Strap but the plastic clip broke the second time I attempted to use one of the straps. It was about 40 degrees Fahrenheit, so maybe the plastic clip is not designed to withstand cold weather. The second strap in the package worked just fine, so I will rate it two stars.

A new favorite
I find that ROK straps work so well ordered a set just to keep in truck. The originals are THE solution for me for motorcycle.
