Side zippers not as pictured - disappointed
When you zip up the sides, there is a significant gap and no way to secure the zippers to close the bag completely. Pictures show a flap but my bag did not have one -- I haven't used yet and was very excited about this purchase but not sure how functional this will be.The material seems rather thing and cheap - once packed it might fill out more but so far not sure about the durability of this bag for long term use.

Cheap product broke in three places
This bag was the cheapest bag I’ve ever used and am beyond sad that the return window closed.I used it for a trip on July 12 (return window closed on the 11th)The first break was the main zipper the night I was packing. The zipper pull broke. It’s plastic.The second break happened when I was walking through the airport I had just arrived at. That was one of the main clips on the side that yeh shoulder strap connects to. Also not metal.And the third break occurred as I was walking through the airport returning home. Same shoulder strap, but the other clip.I am beyond disappointed in this product and its cheap hardware and material.The videos are misleading in selling this product.If I could choose ZERO STARS, I would.I wish I could get my hard earned money back.

The bag can load a ton. The quality feels so cheap! But it works.

Cheaply made
The clips on the shoulder strap snapped after my first use right in the middle of the airport. I wish it was better quality!

Cheap and Bad Customer Service
This bag is not any easier to pack than a regular carry on suitcase. In fact I fit more in my carry-on suitcase. The bag is also very cheaply made, think vinyl type material. I returned the bag with proof of receipt and never received a refund and no one will respond to my emails. I purchased this bag through the jenny website which is convenientally shut down for reviews right now.

Zipper weak and hard to zip
Material of bag looks nice in photo but it’s not. Some type of plasticy vinyl. Zipper not strong either and hard to zip.

Cheap
This bag is so cheaply made. It does not hold nearly anything what they say. The zipper broke before I had a chance to even use it. Just band product overall. Do not recommend. Looks great but do not be fooled!
