I'm 5'3 and around 105 lbs and I got the size XS. It was definitely too big to be considered shapewear.I've been wanting to try HeyShape ever since I saw it on my feeds. The women they show seem to have such drastic results with HeyShape and I thought that this might finally be the high-compression shapewear I was looking for. Nope. Not at all. This did absolutely nothing for my waist. I didn't feel any compression around the tummy area, nor the glutes or thighs. The whole thing is like wearing leggings for your whole body. It's very comfy but it didn't do anything for me. Also, there were holes in the top of the suit! For a name-brand that charges $50, that's unacceptable! It has removable pads and that's nice and all but if you have a lot of bust, you will need to wear a bra with this. I found this underwhelming and extremely disappointing.Someone needs to make some shapewear for the skinny women that ACTUALLY adds some compression. Whoever does this is going to make a lot of money.

I was seeing ads for shape-wear pop up all over my IG feed and this company was one of them. I decided to buy two styles and this one came in the mail first. The fabric around the waist is ribbed and a little thicker which does flatten the tummy a bit and definitely gives a much smaller waist under the ribcage. My pants slid on much easier and were slightly looser than without it. It DOES NOT have good chest support, and if you’re bigger on top you may want to wear a bra with it. I don’t mind uni-boob or having some sag because I just hate bras. So in conclusion, I love it and can’t wait to try the other style and will probably buy more colors and wear it as a stand-alone top.

Overall, the body suit, from the chest down works very well. I was hoping to be able to wear the jumpsuit without a bra but there is very little support to the top part. I like the width of the straps, but it would be better if they were adjustable because they are way too long on me. I will have to sew them up to make them workable for me.

Fits nicely but doesn’t have much hold. The cups on the chest move around.
