The earbuds are pretty good; they fit well in the ear and don’t fall off easily. The sound quality is great, and there’s a dedicated app that allows you to equalize the frequencies and set different functions for the touch controls. The battery is amazing—I use it a lot, and I’ve never run out of juice while in use. With the case, it can be charged once a week.After a few months of use, the left side started fading a bit. The sound became very low, so I contacted TOZO's customer support to claim the warranty. They were super nice and friendly and replaced the product promptly. I really like TOZO's products; this is not my first one from them, and the overall quality is amazing. Unfortunately, mine came with a small defect, but the promptness of the company in resolving the issue definitely counts as a lot of positive points.

I’ve had to buy these three times because I keep losing them…the only thing I wish I could change was being able to track them in my phone.Other than that, they’re very convenient and nice. They’re small and fit snug when you use the right earplugs that come in the package. They last a long time and have yet to loose their quality. Be careful with the touch sensors because if you wet them or neglect these too much, they become unresponsive. They connect right away without me having to hassle with the settings.I commute in a city on a bus and walk around campus and such. I can’t hear anything aside from my music. It does a great job at letting you focus on that and nothing else! The case is small and charges very fast! I only have to charge it like once or twice a week.

Item chegou dentro do prazo, mesmo sendo uma compra no exterior. Os fones da TOZO são excelentes, ja havia adquirido outro modelo e dei um upgrade com o Tozo T10. Qualidade muito boa para o preço. Uso tb para atividades esportivas e, no meu caso, o fone fica muito bem adaptado ao ouvido. Uso tb para trabalho e o microfone entrega perfeitamente nas conferencias por video.

Hace poco más de un año adquirí estos audífonos, y la experiencia ha sido increíble. Los uso diariamente, ya sea en el gimnasio, durante mis trayectos en transporte público o en el trabajo, y no han dejado de sorprenderme. La durabilidad de la batería es excepcional; puedo usarlos durante horas sin preocuparme por recargarlos.
