Nice, mild flavor
We have folks in the family who struggle to stay hydrated. We try lots of hydration drinks to see what they're able to tolerate (the dehydration is connected to a disability that affects what they can consume and hold down). I feel like a connoisseur of hydration powder by now since we've tried so may. Very convenient pouches
Products like these are hard to review, because the results are not obvious. I am not a big fan of the taste, but the packaging sure is convenient. All you need is a bottle of water and you are good to go. The ingredients do not upset my stomach and after a week of use I'm feeling good.

Great taste, mixes well
Awesome flavor, and good mixability. It has a very, very lemony flavor- but it mixes well with just water, and even goes well with some BCAA's.Probiotics are so important. For your life, and health. Replenishing the supply of probiotics in the gut is important, and having a good-tasting way to do that is just fine by me.5/5, would recommend for daily health and wellness!

Pleasant taste, dissolves well
I really like that these come in handy little packets that I can toss in my purse or work bag. I mixed mine in a bottle of water so I could shake it well. After a couple of minutes I gave it a few more shakes and it completely dissolved with no residue left. The flavor is very light. Not sweet or bitter at all. It doesn’t taste great but it is definitely drinkable. It does have a very slight ‘medicinal’ taste to me. I didn’t really notice and effects after drinking it. But I am not good about taking care of my gut health so these are something helpful that I can easily get in a few times a week.

Not as expected.
I love the regular Lemon Sips! I thought Lemon Sips with the added bonus of guy health would be awesome! The taste is horrible! I have added a little more regular Sips to a stick of this and it has made it tolerable. I don’t recommend.

Nice
These are convenient packets to stick in your purse to give yourself a hydration and probiotic boost throughout the day. The flavor is lemony. It's not a very strong flavor even when put in the recommended amount of water, but I usually put it in my 32 oz cup so I can sip on it throughout the whole morning and it gives me a nice hint of lemon with the water. I like that it has both probiotics and hydration, it's always great to find a product that does double duty! I appreciate that it's non-gmo, that's important to me. The packets are easy to open but are sturdy enough to not break open in my purse. The only issue I have with it is that it does not dissolve easily (as seen in my pic). Usually with hydration packs I can pour them in, give my drink a stir with my straw and I'm good to go. This does not dissolve with a simple stir, I need to use my little whisk to get it completely dissolved. This isn't a problem when I'm at home, but when I'm on the go it's a bit annoying. All in all I'm happy with them though.

Electrolytes and probiotic in one
Dr. Kellyann Lemon Sips Gut RadianceI'll take whatever help I can get to improve my gut biome and get more healthy.- I like it the taste. It's not too strong. Tastes lemon-y. The Stevia helps, yet allows it to be "no sugar added"- Dissolves quickly and completely- It didn't make me gassy or bloated- Packaged in the US (though doesn't say where it's manufactured)- I wish there were some 3rd party certification of its authenticity, like on some probiotics
