Seemed great at first. Died and won’t work after 3 hours. Tried charging the rechargeable batteries and they overheated. Solar charger also doesn’t work. Junk product!

We had some barn sparrows trying to build nest over kitchen window,hung the owl haven't had problem since.Was worth the moneyLove that it is solar no batteries.

This owl doesn't really work. The solar charging does work. When I replaced the rechargeable batteries with regular batteries it seemed to work just fine. The solar rechargeable batteries just don't work which was the main reason why I bought this.

Motion detector didn't work. Only hooted when I moved the owl. Really wish it would have worked because I think it would have been effective in scaring the birds. They pulled up my peas with the owl sitting right in front of the newly planted row. Disappointing.

It’s a bit cheaply made but that’s what you’d expect for the cost. It charges in the sun and has withstood heat and rain so far. The sensor isn’t as sensitive as I would like. Also I had to build a stand for it as the grass blocked the sensor when on the ground. All in all not bad.

Doesn't deter anything, especially the ducks that get into my pool. Noise made is barely audible.

It has been in our yard for almost a month. So far, it hasn’t worked. Eyes light up., etc. varmints seem to totally ignore it.

It wasn't even fully put together. Even if it had been at one time it was so cheaply done it practically fell apart. I guess you get what you pay for. I'm much happier with the one I bought that was almost double the price.
