The friends help each other through the rough patches and even Carly's flaky big brother and guardian Spencer sometimes manages to assist in his own wacky way. This lighthearted sitcom takes on some serious issues like addiction, child labor, parental relationships, fame, love, and even marriage, but it does so with a healthy dose of comedy that keeps tweens laughing. Creator Dan Schneider combines his two popular Nickelodeon shows iCarly and Victorious in the hour-long "iParty with Victorious" episode in which main characters Carly and Tori are drawn together by a common boyfriend and the lure of revenge. The episode works quite well, mostly because the form, content, characters, and settings of the two shows are very similar. This third-season compilation features three notable guest stars: Jane Lynch gives a powerful performance as Sam's elusive and unconventional mother in "iSam's Mom"; Jack Black plays opposite Jerry Trainor (Spencer) in "iStart a Fan War" in a duel of costumed, comic book archenemies that's rich with physical comedy; and Kenan Thompson guest stars as himself in "iParty with Victorious." There are definitely times when not much seems to happen in an episode of iCarly, but this show is often smart, stupid, funny, and ridiculous all at the same time. iCarly number three
I love this show. I got hooked onto this thanks to my youngest niece. That Spencer Shay is so doggone funny! The first episode, "iGot a Hot Room" was totally over the top, but it was cool. My favorite episode is, "iSell Penny Tees". Sam Puckett making all them kids work for hardly nothing and then feeding junk she discarded from a dumpster. Crazy, this show is crazy. I almost forgot about Jane Lynch making a special guest appearance as Sam's mother in, "iSam's Mom. Hilarious episode. This as you may already know is a great show. You should definitely consider getting this one.

3rd is actually 4th season
Before buying this make sure you know what it contains, it has episode of season 4 not 3 so DO NOT be confused with 3,for some odd reason they put season 3 on iCarly season 2, Volume 3. So there you go if you want 4 get the 3rd season if you want the 3rd season get the iCarly season 2, Volume 3 just a heads up Volume 3 doesn't include iThink They Kissed and iCook their actually in iCarly season 2, Volume 2. Hope this helps.

Both my daughter and my son have loved watching every episode of this series. I wish season 5 and 6 were out on DVD too.

iCarly ist mit Sicheheit eine der besten Kinder/Jugendserien, die es gibt. Sie ist chaotisch, einfallsreich, brilliant gespielt (und übrigens auch brilliant synchronisiert*) und alles in allem ein Riesenspaß.Es muß für Kinder/Jugendliche auch etwas geben, daß schlichtweg Spaß macht und nicht unentwegt mit dem pädagogischen Zeigefinger wedelt. Die jugendliche Crew der Webshow "iCarly" hat demaßen viel Blödsinn im Kopf, daß die Folgen selbst für Erwachsene ein richtiger Stimmungsaufheller sind. Die üblichen Tricks einer US-Sitcom (bishin zum Gelächter vom Band) verhindern, daß jugendliche Zuschauer, die häufig versteckte Ironie ernst nehmen.Die dritte Staffel ist endlich komplett erschienen. Die DVD Politik in Deutschland zu dieser Serie (lauter Einzel DVDs mit völlig wahllos zusammengewürfelten Folgen), ist eine Katastrophe. Darum sofortiger Zugriff auf dieses 2DVD Set.Bloß, Amazon hat es versäumt in den Produktinformationen darauf hinzuweisen, daß diese DVDs in Deutschland (falsche Region) gar nicht abspielbar** sind (andere Anbieter tun das). Danke auch. Dafür verdient ihr die "Buttersocke"!* diese DVDs haben keine deutsche Tonspur!** wer allerdings einen ländercodefreien Abspieler sein eigen nennt, wird was sehen können! (Verzweifelte finden im Netz auch Anleitungen, wie man sein Gerät freischaltet)

iCarly - The Complete 3rd Season
Ich, bzw. meine Enkelin hat sich schon sehr auf die DVD gefreut, leider ist diese bis heute noch nicht eingetroffen. Ich hoffe, dass diese DVD morgen Montag, den 16.09.2013 doch noch kommt, denn sonst wäre ich wegen der Verlässlichkeit der zugesagten Lieferfrist, vom 03.09.2013 bis spätestens 12.09.2013, schon sehr enttäuscht.
