don't know, didn't have it long enough to find out. Bought it for my daughter, she said the workmanship on it was so poor, it fell apart very easily. She disposed of it and we bought her a better qaulity made one

Hi Peggy ! :)I'm sorry this is a little mistake in the description. The Storage Full Bed can be attached to some kind of headboards.Here are two models that would fit : 3260093-3160079Let us know if you have any question. :)

Q: What attachable headboard works with this bed? I'm looking at the full bookcase one in pure white.

I did not purchase a headboard, just the bed, it was for my daughter. She was not satisfied with the product, she said the drawers were cheap and flimsy and would not stay together. She ended up getting rid of it and we got her something else.
