Wanted to hide the ever-present cables in my sitting room so got a pack of these after seeing them being used on YouTube. They're great - very simple to use. Great adhesion, even on raw oak (back of a cupboard). Aldo used one on the back of my food mixer to keep the cable tidy.Will order more and hide everything else now. Highly recommended.

I have used 3M Command products for a long time. The strips pull off easily; just stretch them to about 10” in length and they detach easily leaving no residue. When mounting them initially, ensure you leave enough space to do so. They need to be pulled out straight and flush to the surface.Ensure surfaces are clean by wiping with an alcohol based liquid or methylated spirits. I use a camera lens cleaning fluid. Press and hold the clips for a minute or so to ensure adhesion and don’t attach anything for an hour or twoDespite being sold as suitable for 5mm diameter cables, they fit 8mm cables easily, by prising the clips open. The Command website confirms that they fit .812cms cables ie 8mm.I use them to support a 13 amp rated extension cable (8mm) and they fit very well

Absolutely rubbish will not hold a garland up. Came crashing down damaging my other ornaments

Definitely stick where they are placed and sturdy enough to hold my garlands draped over fireplace and they are heavy. They haven't moved since placement. They stretch to fit what your placing inside. Great price. They also do not damage paint bc I had to move one and it came off as it should with no damage. Functions beautifully with no issues.

I have several small appliances that I do not always have plugged into a all or sitting on my counter top. They are stored away in a pantry and the cords are always in the way, hanging down, getting tangled etc. I bought another brand that attaches to the back of the appliance and you wrap that cord around it but they do not stick well. So I bought Command Cords and even though they are not as attractive as other brands, they work amazingly! They stick and there is plenty of room for longer cords. Very happy with my purchase!

I put these on numerous kitchen appliances (coffee grinder, vitamix, mixer) so the cables can be tucked away when I’m putting them away in cupboards. Love these. Strong adhesion.

I purchased one package. They arrived and they were so easy to use and did the job. I decided to order two more packages for another Christmas decorating project. Great results. I then placed the third order for two or three more packages. These make it so easy to hang Garland along the staircase or fireplace. I'm very pleased and there's no damage to my mantle or staircase.
