I love this thing! I have a back injury so I cannot sweep and mop as often as I need having 3 dogs and 2 cats! My German Shepard sheds like no other but this vacuum does an absolutely AMAZING job.Easy to use, the app is pretty simple to use and I love how you can make your house into different zones. Very quiet in the Standard and below settings but if you use strong or higher it is a bit louder but still not as loud as other vacuums.Super easy to clean too! I was able to use Affirm to buy this so I am very happy with that!The mop function is cool too. It does NOT suck up water or spills so make sure that is not what you are buying it for. It does light mopping so it is great for like maintenance mopping. If you have a large house you will also have to make sure to check the water level manually. The app does not tell you when the water runs out or even when the dust bin is full.Overall, great product, 5 stars, went above my expectations and worth the money!(I will add a video once I need to mop again 🥰)

"I bought this product because I was trying to save money, but now I'm regretting it. Initially, it worked fine with no issues, but lately, it's been giving me nothing but trouble. As soon as it leaves the charging base, the battery level drops significantly to 80%, and when I try to use the zone cleaning feature, it gives an error and returns to the charging base. To make things worse, it now struggles to even find the charging base. Overall, I'd recommend spending a bit more for something more reliable. This just isn’t worth the hassle."

I had another robot vacuum from another manufacturer that was a few years old. It was low tech by today's standards. This new vac is a remarkable piece of technology. When you consider that the price this is a total steal. After setup I let it map my house. It did so accurately and cleaned to the limit of the built in dust bin. I was amazed at how quiet this thing is. The noise it produces is a fraction of my previous robot. I have not yet used the mop function so I cannot comment on that. As a vacuum, this little robot is remarkably intelligent. The only thing I had to watch were cables that might cause the vacuum to tangle. This vacuum is clever enough to avoid any obstacle in my house. It vacuums under my bed and under a sofa in my living room without getting stuck. On the whole this is a remarkable product for the price.I will comment that this company and Tikom as well as one other seem to be selling the same product. That would suggest that either they are all just agents for one China manufacturer, or only one of them is the real manufacturer. No matter, this is a fine product at anywhere near this price. The only limitation is that the actual dust bin is a bit small. I think those with large homes should look elsewhere for that reason. My house is one level at just over 1000sq ft. This is perfect for that and would probably work great in any smaller house or apartment.I haven't tried the mop function yet. I am aware of the limitations that sort of design has. That is true of any robot vacuum using plain water. It may help some but is no contest for a real mop. I knew that going in. As a vacuum this is a real winner at a very reasonable price.

I ordered this robot vac it both mops and sweeps The product does a good job keeping my hardwood and linoleum floors swept and clean from dog hair and dirt, the mop feature on this vacuum is very nice but it doesn’t do as well at mopping as it does sweeping.. It leaves areas within its zigzag unmopped. I feel this vacuum is much quieter than the earlier series of another manufacturer. I have had a problem on occasion where ithe Lars will just goes blank , it stops talking (usually it tells you when it’s going to charge or mop) but by the next day it is working again. It also gets gets stuck on thresholds and under dressers. beware. Over all this vacuum is ok. It saves a lot of time but you’re probably going to have to hand wet mop over again.

This is a great vacuum for the money. Works well out of the box. Laresmart App is pretty good. Not too hard to figure out and controls the vacuum perfectly. Maps your house on the first go. I only had to split a few rooms due to the open concept of my house.I only gave it 4 stars because there aren't any instructions to connect the vacuum to Alexa. Then once connected, your only options are on and off. So you can't tell it to clean just this room or that room. It will clean everywhere it can go.To connect the vacuum to Alexa, search for the skill names Smart Life. It's the one with the blue house. Was the first choice when I did it. For Android, I had to make sure Google Chrome was my default browser. Didn't work with Firefox as the default.Next you login with your Laresmart App username and password. Click activate and let it search for your vacuum. Now you have it connected to Alexa.
