I'm a type 1 diabetic and it carries all my kit so well.

It might look small but. Easily put my iPhone 15, small bulky wallet, EarPods case and sunscreen in all at once.

Good for walking with sticks or for running or jogging, as it is very compact and close to your body.

This is really more of a pouch than a bag. I was looking for a small bag, because I've finally accepted I can no longer stuff everything I carry into my pockets. In terms of height and width, this is absolutely fine, but there is no depth to it, so you can't fill it, or it won't zip closed. This means you lose a fair amount of the already very limited space. Well made, nice to look at, but limited functionality.
