Nice Mouthguard
This type of larger-coverage mouthguard is popular with my son's teammates. While one might think the size would inhibit breathing, the opening in the middle of the guard allows for sufficient airflow while also protecting the lips from getting punctured by teeth during a collision. I recommend this option for football and other such sports.

A little stiff
Got it to protect teeth while using a hanging neck stretcher. Afraid my football days are long gone.It works fine, but is tougher and stiffer than I wanted.I'm sure it would be fine for it's intended use.
