I’m sure results vary, but my lower back was so tweaked likely thrown out at work. I loathed sneezing, coughing & many other movements requiring the use of back muscles. I was consistent with this for a few weeks and my back pain is almost completely gone. This may not be the panacea for severe back pain depending on the injury, but I was quite compromised, and I’m now comfortably able to sneeze and bend over to pick up items, not wear a brace and relax on the couch comfortably.

I believe it is doing me some good.

I do not like reviewing supplements as I am not a chemist nor a Medical doctor. So whatever is said here is how I personally have seen some benefits related to taking this supplement. It seems to work but I also take CO10 and D3 so ... hard to say if it would work on its own. THere do not seem to be any side effect but I suggest you talk to your doctor to see if there are any interactions with the meds you may be taking.

I have moderate lower back pain, took this supp as directed (2 per day) for 30 days and detect no change in my pain level. I feel fortunate that at least with this supp, I can tell if it works or not! 90% of the supps I take, I have no idea if they are beneficial...I run on hope alone. I'm looking at you Vit D, CoEnzyme Q10, Tumeric, Cognitex, NAC, Alpha Lapoic...

I hurt my back a month ago and I started taking this product in the hope that it would relieve some of my pain. It seemed that when combined with a heating pad and balm, this did really help contribute to my pain going away. The pills are super small and easy to swallow, they do have a small noticeable taste, but not too bad.

I have lower back pain from a car accident and hoped these might help along with my other meds.They don't have much of a smell or taste, and no side effects that I noticed, but they didn't have any really noticeable impact on my pain. This definitely seems to help when I take it everyday. My favorite part is it's only one pill! Similar supplements for the back usually require multiple pills that make it harder to take.
